Getting in shape and moving your body shouldn't be a punishment. It’s an amazing and empowering lifestyle decision that anyone can make. We believe in finding the fun side of health and fitness; and while there may be a sore muscle or two along the way, the benefits of being guided by our highly qualified team is above most.

We offer one on one clinical pilates and fitness group pilates all supported by our wonderful fully qualified pilates instructors. 

Clinical Exercise

Clinical Pilates is a guided appointment with one of our Osteopaths to guide you through an assessment of your body, strength, goals and needs in order to establish a program specifically designed for you. Clinical exercise is appropriate for clients new to pilates, rehabilitation, sport specific focus, pre and post natal or individuals wanting a little more clinical focus on their wellbeing and strengthening.
